Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Translator at translator.6x7.gr ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Translator provides machine translation, live speech translation, file transcription, camera OCR, and an AI assistant. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
Do not use translations for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or official purposes without qualified human review.
3. Account
You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, or security controls.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without permission.
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or impersonate others.
- Upload malware or content designed to disrupt our systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Usage limits and pricing
Free tiers include monthly limits on transcription seconds and translated characters. We may change limits, features, or pricing with reasonable notice. Excessive or abusive use may be throttled without refund.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant 6x7.gr a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by 6x7.gr. You may not copy or redistribute it except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 6x7.GR AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR €50 IF YOU USE THE FREE TIER).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify 6x7.gr against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account and data from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or legal requirements.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
